I just love love love this baby! She just turned 9 months old and boy is she giving me a workout. Weighing in at a hefty 24 pounds she is hard to lug around, and now that she is crawling everywhere she is hard to put down. She babbles a lot, mostly saying a string of what seems to be momma or dadda. Alyna is convinced she says nina (Alyna) also. This is the longest I have nursed any of our kids and I probably won't last too much longer. I am torn, part of me is ready to be done, and yet I will be sad to let it go. She just recently started sleeping through the night wbich is from 8:00 pm until 5:00. Better than it has been, but I sure would like it if "through the night" meant a full 12 hours. I guess I can't complain, she does eat at 5:00 and then goes right back to sleep until 7:00. She is a delightful girl. She is very good at just going with the flow. What a joy she is to our family.

You know me, I'm sitting here gritting my teeth because I want to squish those thighs:) She's so cute!
I think chunky babies are so cute. My arms were aching after I carried her around for awhile when I watched her last week.
I love a baby in nothing but a diaper, they are so soft!
