As it turned out, the same weekend the boys were going away Ginger's friends beach house was going to be vacant. LUCKY us!!! Yippee the girls get to go play. We left Friday shortly after the boys. It was a picture perfect weekend at the beach, 60 degrees and a clear blue sky both days. That is unheard of for late October at Oregon Coast. We had dinner at Camp 18, roasted marshmallows by the fire, slept in hula girl sheets, walked along the coast, ate breakfast at Pig-n-Pancake, played on the beach, ate Sea Form from Bruce's Candy Kitchen, swung on the porch swing, took a nap, shopped at the outlet mall, ate Pizza at Pizza Hut, sat in the hot tub, talked until way too late, slept in, smelled Scentsy candles, sat by the sea...soaked it all in, laughed, relaxed and reconnected. I really enjoyed being with my girls. This is a tradition I would love to continue.
