Trees don't dance!?

Today in RS we talked about the family... our immediate families, our extended family, our ward family and I, like Joseph Smith, " have remembered scenes of my childhood..." and my adolescence and my young adulthood and my adulthood and I am Grateful for the times I have shared with my family, all my family. I love you family!!! Oh, It makes me happy that I have you forever!

In light of this fabulous lesson and reminding me of how dear my own little family is to me, I made a point of slowing down for a minute or two to just take in the moment and I was not disappoint. Belle was playing dolls up in her room. She told me my name could be Heart and asked what I wanted my "huns" name to be. I thought for a second of a name that would go good with Heart and I said Tree.... there was a moment of perplexed silence as she gazed out the window at the trees. I could tell her wheels were turning. Her reply was this, "mom, it can't be
Tree, trees don't dance!" Oh my goodness I LAUGHED out loud! Through tears of laughter I said "well dad doesn't dance and I chose him to be my "hun". She didn't get it and maybe you won't either, but it was a wonderful moment and I loved it. Again, I love you family and ALL the moments we have shared!
