What was my favorite thing about Maui?
MORNINGS!!
I have seen many beautiful mornings, but the sunrise from our hotel room was so... so... I really can't think of a words that would do it justice. It wasn't necessarily a stunningly vibrant sunrise, it was just soft and warm and calm and quiet. Serene.
We slept with our window open so we could hear the surf. I woke up to the sound of the sprinklers kicking on in the morning, just before dawn. Most mornings I would sit on our balcony and just take it in, some mornings I would hurry down for a quick walk on the beach and one morning Mark joined me in the hot tub to watch the day break. (Sigh and a smile) Heaven!
