Our first stop on our tour Newport weekend.
The weather was AMAZING!!! Nearly 60 degrees and no wind, which is almost unheard of on the Oregon coast. We enjoyed every single moment.
I love lighthouses and this one was charming, especially if you like historic homes.
Isn't Belle silly, she turns 7 in exactly 24 hours. Crazy!

These kids have become great explorers, I love discovering with them.

Ahhh, I'm jealous you got to go inside! When we were there Memorial Day weekend there was a huge chain link fence all the way around the lighthouse, blocking all the paths, the windows were boarded up, the place looked deserted (and a little bit creepy), and you couldn't get anywhere near the lighthouse. I assume that they were doing some kind of renovation or update. Well, I'm glad you got to enjoy the historic charm.
