1. I am thankful for Dave and Candy's generosity and hospitality. What fun to spend a long weekend at the coast with friends. Thank you so much, we had a blast!!!
2. I am thankful for birds. They are such delightful creatures. You can barely see the birds in this photo but it was a flock of pelicans migrating south. What a wonder.
3. I am thankful for the many memories that our family has made beside the pacific ocean.
4. I am thankful for traditions, old and new. A new tradition we are adopting is to take each of our kids on a birthday date of their choice with just mom and dad. Caleb chose to go swimming, it was wonderful.
