Thursday;
MORNING: I love to walk on the beach! Mark doesn't...sure he will if I ask him to, but it isn't his thing. So each morning I took a long walk on the beach while he checked emails and made sure all was well at work. So, my beach walks become kind of my morning meditation / people watch / prayer time. I love it! I would return to Mark lounging by the pool saving me a spot.
AFTERNOON: Lunch at Mama's Rotisserie, a local mom & pop kind of place that serves the BEST 1/4 chicken & macaroni salad, plus the yummiest blueberry tart ever. We went to a presentation at "The Pink" resort to earn ourselves a snorkeling trip later in the week. Then more lounging & reading by the pool!
EVENING: After a hard day by the pool, we took a shuttle into Ka'anapali to watch the sunset at the black rock. It was delightful to walk along the beach, this time with my sweetheart, and watch the sunset. We stop for appetizers at the Tropica, a lovely surf side restaurant. We had...

virgin strawberry daiquiris
On our way back to our room we stop to soak in the hot tub, a perfect ending to a perfect day.
