I just LOVE Christmas, and now I love it even more. Each Christmas is unique, special and memorable in it's own way. As I walked the halls of the hospital last December 23rd I was fretting about having a Christmas Eve baby. I was so concerned that she would hate being born so close to Christmas, and she may but Ginger talked me through it and assured me that it would be okay. It turned out to be more than okay, it was magical. Last Christmas Eve and Christmas day I spent at the hospital snuggled up with our brand new baby girl, while family and friends took care of our little family at home. It turned out to be a surprisingly perfect Christmas. Like none other we have ever experienced. Having Josie on Christmas Eve was amazingly special in so many ways. I have such sweet memories of this past year. What a delight it has been to care for and love this little Christmas angel. She is such a joy.
Happy Birthday, Jojo. We love you!

she is such a sweet baby! And after hearing you describe your hospital experience and the "spa baby" vacation . . . . almost makes me wish for a christmas eve baby too! :)
What a cute story. Wyatt talked about cute Josie for months after we came out this summer. And I love to see these cute little one year olds with their baby dolls. Natural mothers in the making!
Happy Birthday to your sweet baby girl!
I can't believe she's already a year old!
