Sauvie Island Farms

We had such a great day berry picking at the Sauvie Island Farms! The berries are so good. We picked 10lbs. of raspberries, 10 lbs. blueberries, green beans and sugar snap peas plus a few dahlia stems. I just love fresh produce, it makes me smile!

Josie could not get enough raspberries! We had to guard them well...run Belle, run!

Caleb was mad that I let Calvin take a turn pulling the wagon...however he came running when he saw what fun we were having in the sprinklers.
Woohoo!!!

This cute little couple made my day. They were just so thrilled that I would bring all 5 of my kids to pick berries. They thought I was amazing to have 5 kids...how could I help but fall in love with them. I whole heartedly agree with the Prophet Joseph “When persons manifest the least kindness and love to me, O what power it has over my mind,". Kind words are powerful.

The most exciting part of the tractor ride was Calvin loosing his front tooth. Oh how I love a toothless smile.

I take my kids out there and end up going back later, after I leave them with Paul! They don't seem to enjoy it as much as your kids do.

I love fresh picked fruit and vegetables! What a fun place to go!

And that couple is absolutely adorable! They actually kind of look like President and Sister Hinckley from behind.
